Automatic line for the production of pizza bases with or without topping.
With its long experience in the field of dough, Sottoriva was able to create a production system that has a similar effect to a manual operation performed by a pizza chef skilled in the dough lamination but with an industrial production.
The line has a maximum hourly production of 3000 pizza bases with automatic tray loading system.
The line is composed of:
- piston automatic divider;
- double rounder;
- pre-rising prover;
- laminating system at 90° with double passage of cylinders;
- automatic tray loading.
According to the customer’s needs, the pizza line is available with or without topping section for the automatic topping of tomato, cheese and all the required ingredients.
