Automatic unit for rolled bread, long loaves and ciabatta for medium / big bakeriesIt is an automatic unit for roll bread for medium and high outputs with soft and hard dough. Electronic selecting of the weight range variable from about 20 to 1000 gr approx. according to the cut type at 1, 2, 4 or 6 rows with dividing knives replaceable manually. Manual adjustment of the sheeting thickness and of the cutting knife speed in order to obtain the set weight.
Optional: lateral exit belt to feed the continuos rounder. Long-loaf moulding device to be fitted on the first moulder, second or resting belts. Width of the sheeting and dividing head mm 180. Stainless steel structure. The model Brio/S is equipped with only one four rollers moulders 600 mm wide. Share
