Learning something new about the flours

Refresher course Tuesday, February 27th.

 

Tuesday, February 27th 2018 from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm, in the Sottoriva workshop, a refresher course named "SOMETHING NEW ABOUT THE FLOURS" will be held. The course will cover a range of flour that preserves fiber and wheat germ, versatile and easily workable, to create innovative products that combine taste and well-being.

During the meeting, the famous technologist Dr. Elena Lipetskaia will illustrate how to bake the various flours with the use of sourdough and other bread-making techniques.

The course, organized by CESAR Formazione, is valid for the fulfillment of the obligation of professional updating for those responsible for a bakery provided by the Veneto Region.
