The automatic dough brake Mod. CP4 is a machine to sheet hard and compact dough improving its characteristics.

Automatic machine fitted with timer to pre-set the sheeting time. The machine stops automatically when the working process is completed.

If requested, the machine can be supplied with pulverizer.

CP4: for 15 kgs of dough. Rollers 520 mm long.

CP4 M : for 20 kgs of dough. Rollers 620 mm long.
