Cream-cooker with electric heating Mod C1-C8 is perfect to make creams, ice-creams, egg-flips and chocolate.
The boiler has an interspace with two stainless steel tanks, between them there is some thermic oil to avoid the cream burning and sticking to the pot. It has a thermometer and a safety valve.
The heating is made by an electrical resistance.
