The firm SOTTORIVA S.p.A. was founded in 1944 on personal undertaking of the two brothers, Giuseppe and Claudio Sottoriva.
The company started the production of its machinery and went on expanding little by little up to reaching a position of a world wide company producing now a wide range of machines and ovens for bakeries, pastry shops and pizzerias suitable for the most varied requirements in all fields.

These outstanding features added to the employment of high quality materials, give us the possibility to put on the market particularly rugged an easy-to-use equipment, furnished with the most advanced technologies. The quality of our products has been reached thanks also to the quality system of our Company, certified by RINA, according to UNI-EN ISO 9001/94.
The present range of Sottoriva S.p.A. products allows the supply of installations with an hourly output from 30 Kg to 900 Kg and over, allowing and granting a steady and polyvalent production.
By means of such a wide range Sottoriva S.p.A. is able to cover all the market areas with manual, semi-automatic and automatic plants for small, medium and large firms and supermarket chains as well.
Considering the production from the point of view of different machines and capacities, the Sottoriva S.p.A. produces about 150 different models allowing a production of all types of Italian, European, American and Arabian bread.
As a matter of fact, our yearly production of about 3500 machines and ovens is exported to all continents and is suitable for the production of the various types of local bread.
Such trade-mark of declared prestige, besides being well known all over the world, is warranty of quality of the products and services that Sottoriva offers to all its customers.
