Automatic puff-pastry sheeter with PLC able to manage 50 programs and 4 sequential different working cycles, possibility to set standing starts,
stops, increase and decrease of the sizing rollers according to their requirement.
10 automatic rollers lowering curves. Adjustment of the sizing rollers decrease at 1/10 mm. This machine is particularly silent as the motion transmission happens by trapezoidal belts and gears.
Gearing and motions reversal on the head machine.
Polyurethane belts without joints as per FDA standard. Rollers opening mm 0,1-50. Floors width mm 650. Rollers diameter mm 84. Painted stainless steel structure. Mounted on castors. Trays for collecting the dough, n°. 2 rolling pins and underfloors are included in the machine.
