Machine at two rows for the production of round bread. It is equipped with stainless steel hopper for a capacity of 14 kg. of dough.The dough, gently handled thanks to a dosing star system, is compressed in the portion chambers, which appropriately adjusted give the required weight. Thanks to 2 chambers easily interchangeable, the machine can divider from 20 gr. to 125 gr. approx. of dough. It is possibile to get also the weight range from 40 to 160 gr. with the model “S” (available both for mechanical and electronical version).
Once the weight is fixed the dough piece is discharge under the rounding station. The rounding happens in two phases and it is possible to adjust both the rounding speed and amplitude. The pieces, properly rounded, exit on conveyor belt. The machine is supplied with a rounding chamber which can be chosen between the following: chamber from 20 to 50 grs. chamber from 50 to 125 grs. Variable production from 2.000 to 4000 pieces / hour for electronic version.
"Touch Screen" control panel with the possibllity to store 50 programs and operating control by P.L.C.
